Alignment
Orchestra. A group of engineers installed as any other team in your engineering organization, following your development process and frameworks. In addition to the daily exposure to the language, the team members will have formal English lessons to improve their grammar and pronunciation. During six months as part of the orchestra, every team member will be ready to communicate proficiently and integrate with any other team as a Kinasait employee or as yours.
Orchestra Conductor. A bilingual professional (tech lead or product owner) manages the orchestra’s work and capacity and helps the team address any communication gap.
Team. A group of 3-7 highly talented engineers(developers, testers, designers, data scientists) willing to improve their English.
