Gender equity.

There is a big gender gap in the tech industry. According to the World Economic Forum (WEF)’s Global Gender Gap Report, it is going to take around 69 years to achieve gender parity in Latin America. Numbers from 25% to 27% represent the current workforce in this industry, not only in Latin America but also in North America.

We know there is still a lot of work to do to raise those numbers up, so we are committed to creating a better equity culture by keeping a gender-balanced workforce.
